What are your delivery chargers.
We ship UPS (Ground Service). If you need faster delivery, you can arrange with us for your shipping preference- overnight, second day or third day warranty.
Damage Shipping
We take special care on packing all of our products for shipping. If you do received damage merchandise, we will try to make the replacement process as quickly as possible. Be sure to notify us and the carrier within 24 hours of delivery, and keep all of the original packing materials.
If you notice any evident of damage, take some pictures of the packing to be able to notified the shipping company
Is the lighting U.L. listed
All of our light fixtures are U.L. listed and we also have the title 24 lighting requirements.
Orders Placed
Orders are considered placed when deposit payment has been received. All orders required a 50% deposit to begin production and the balance is due upon completion and prior to shipping. Normal lead times are depending on the order and from the time the deposit payment is received and drawings approved by the customer
What is the lead time for my order.
How long will it take for my order to ship.
Because all of our products are hand made, we keep a small amount of work in process. Once the order is received, the product will ship in 4 -1/2 weeks on small batch of 5 to 10 of the same product. Large orders of 20 to 50 of the same product will normally take 5-weeks to complete. We will e-mail you with the shipping information once your order is 4-days prior to be finish.
Return Policy
All sales are final unless approved by Iron Gallery, LLC. If a return is approved a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.

Custom Finishes
All custom finishes carry a 10% surcharge, and we require a submission of a sample
